For more than 45 years, Brett Stephenson has built his life around a single question: what does it actually take for a person to feel well — in body, in mind, and in spirit?
That question has taken him through nearly every discipline of holistic health. He's spent decades as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. He practices and teaches Yoga, Pilates, Massage Therapy, and Meditation. And he's lived his nutritional philosophy for nearly half a century — vegetarian for 47 years, vegan for 43.
Before any of that, Brett was an athlete. A three-sport High School All-American, he went on to spend nine years competing on the World Professional Tennis Circuit — a career that gave him an early, visceral understanding of what the body needs to perform, recover, and endure.
That foundation shaped everything that came after. Brett has spent his career working with high-performing individuals — executives, entrepreneurs, professionals carrying enormous responsibility — and has seen the same pattern again and again: people who are successful by every external measure, and quietly running on empty.
